Health care will wipe away the debt, eradicate the deficit, heal the environment, pacify Muslims and reveal Barry’s status as a deity once and for all.

Oh, yeah–I totally forgot!! When our rulers are bold and brave we’re supposed to just trust them–they are so much smarter than we. And if the policies don’t work, it must be that we have not believed hard enough.
